GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Holiday Home Nora
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) as amended on 15.11.2006 apply, except for the points amended in this list.
BOOKINGS
The apartment is booked for the maximum number of people specified (including one additional cot). Additional guests are only possible with prior telephone or written agreement before arrival. These will incur a surcharge of EUR 30 per person per day.
PRICES
Prices are per apartment per night, including all taxes. Local tax, overnight stay tax, and final cleaning fee are not included. The local tax, overnight stay tax, and tourist tax are legally mandated. These rates are subject to change; the rate applicable at the time of departure will apply. Furthermore, we reserve the right to claim compensation for loss or damage to the inventory.
Short stays of up to 5 nights in the off-season are possible depending on availability; however, we charge a surcharge of 15%–25% for stays of up to 5 nights. During peak season and school holidays, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Shorter stays are also possible depending on availability and are subject to a surcharge of 15%–25% for stays of up to 7 nights.
CONTRACT CONCLUSION DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is due no later than 8 days after booking confirmation (written or verbal confirmation of the offer). The deposit should be made by bank transfer to our account at Posojilnica Bank. IBAN: AT14 3910 0000 1403 7964, BIC: VSGKAT2K
FINAL PAYMENTS
The remaining balance is usually due before departure. Payments can be made in cash, by debit card (Maestro), by credit card, or before your trip via bank transfer to our account at Posojilnica Bank. IBAN: AT14 3910 0000 1403 7964, BIC: VSGKAT2K
CANCELLATION POLICY
General cancellation policy:
Up to 28 days before arrival date: 30%.
28 days to 1 week before arrival date: 60%.
Within the last 7 days, 90 percent.
Late/early arrival, as well as no-shows: 100% fee.
For bookings made for the following calendar year, a general 90% discount applies.
Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
CHECK IN
Check-in to the apartment is possible from 4:00 PM. However, if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know. If you arrive early, you are welcome to use the garden and the beach at Lake Klopein.
CHECK OUT
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment and return the key by 10:00 AM on your departure day. You are welcome to use the garden and the beach at Lake Klopein (until 2:00 PM) on your departure day. Should you vacate the apartment later, we will charge for an additional day.
GARDEN
The garden is for the shared use of all guests of the Nora holiday home. Please be considerate of other guests. On-site you will find a swing, a sandbox, a large play area with a play tower, seating, and sun loungers. Use of the play equipment is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for supervising their children and are liable for any resulting damage.
AKTIV CARD SOUTHERN CARINTHIA
With the Aktiv Card Südkärnten, you can experience numerous activities and adventures in the region completely free of charge. You will automatically receive the Aktiv Card Südkärnten upon arrival from mid-April to the end of October, valid for the entire duration of your stay. GRILL
A garden grill can be borrowed on site, provided it is returned clean.
DOGS
A cleaning fee of €14.00 per day (excluding food) will be charged for dogs. Additional cleaning costs will be charged separately.
Please understand that dogs may not be left alone in the holiday apartment if they are not used to it. It goes without saying that dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in the bed. This results in increased cleaning effort. Any additional cleaning required will be charged separately.
We must point out that dogs are not allowed to swim in Lake Klopein, Lake Turner, and Lake Kleinsee! However, dogs are permitted on the private beach “Seerast” on a leash.
HEATING
In winter, the apartments in Apartment Nora and the annex can be heated with wood. Wood is available upon request as needed. Use of the fireplace is at your own risk!
Cot/ Highchair
We can provide a cot and/or a highchair upon request. Please let us know in advance so that these items can be provided in your booked accommodation.
KEY
You will receive the keys upon arrival at our office at Turnersee. The address is: Alte Dorfstraße 18, 9122 St. Primus.
MISCELLANEOUS
We want to offer you an optimal holiday experience. Should you discover any deficiencies in the furnishings of the holiday home Nora, or if you have any suggestions, please do not hesitate to let us know.
WASH
Upon your arrival, you will find your beds made and towels provided. We provide one hand towel, one bath towel, and two tea towels per person per week. Please note that using the linens on the beach is not permitted. Washing the provided linens yourself is also not allowed (otherwise you will be charged the replacement cost). If you require additional hand and bath towels, please contact us and we will gladly replace them for a fee. The linen change date will be arranged individually.
WASHING MACHINE
There are washing machines in Apartment Nora and in the annex. We recommend using a water softener.
INTERNET/WLAN
The apartment has wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). Please ask us for the access code. You use the internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes all liability in connection with the tenant's internet use.
SMOKER
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please leave the apartment to smoke.
